User Maintenance
Develop a relationship with our consultants. We can provide direct support for your HR team members on your deployed Sage People Solution and provide answers to your questions and guidance on navigating the system.
• General questions and guidance (e.g., data entry, reporting, error messages, best practices)
• Regular Working sessions will be scheduled with our ESi Consultants based on the expertise required
• Support email will be provided for any P1, P2, P3 priority items.
